You can't interact with the stuff on the screen, it's more or less just to show you what you're working on. Most of the projects give you a status bar on your tasks and sub in something new when you hit 100%.

Re: CLIMATE CHANGE

Thanks for your kind words, Richard. :)

Re: Sweatpant Science

I fucking love science! oh shoot is that copy written? We live in an incredibly short-termist, instant gratification culture at the moment, so combining that with our own acute desires makes "doing the right things" in the moment is often very difficult. Making smart decisions is often less a function of adherence to a monolithic overarching principle than simply having small, correctly aligned incentives at the time of choosing.

Re: SAIL

Thanks for posting this - great summary!

Re: The fallacy of personal choice

The way I describe this is that you are making it rational to make the right choice in the moment. That is, you make a longer term choice that then drives the outcome of a series of short term choices

Re: Reverse climate change with mobile desert meat!

I liked this article because it is an affirmation of what I've been trying to tell people.
The problem of climate mudamcas is linked to lack of water in the soil.
The Decomposition of organic matter in the soil produces ammonia displacing the clay, and made the soil impermeable. For me i do better when I know the results, i.e. I know that if I run every other day and eat right i will lose weight and work towards a healthier me...
Also, I feel everything is easier when done together with friends! Nothing is fun alone....

Re: The fallacy of personal choice

Further up the chain: carbon tax. That's what most of Europe does, right?
But seriously, I know what you mean.
